The Huckleberry Youth Health Center, at 555 Cole Street (at Haight Street), is the headquarters of the Huckleberry Cole Street Youth Clinic, Huckleberry Health Education in San Francisco, Huckleberry Client Services, and Huckleberry Counseling.

Huckleberry Youth Health Center is open for medical services, including case management and service linkages, at the Cole Street Clinic on Tuesday & Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, by appointment. The last appointment each day is at 4:30 pm, and the clinic is closed for lunch daily from noon to 1:00 pm.
Other services provided include: bagged lunches, water, clothing, shoes, hygiene supplies, appointments for case management, referrals for therapy, and linkages/referrals as needed.
