Virtual Wine Tasting with In Good Taste, Il Davide and the San Francisco Symphony – Thursday, April 28

by

Wines provided by In Good Taste, dinner prepared by Marin County’s Il Davide, and a live performance by San Francisco Symphony violinist Raushan Akhmedyarova

Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 6:00 pm

Join Huckleberry Youth Programs in celebration of the 30th Anniversary of our Adolescent Health Services!

We’re excited to announce the return of our popular virtual wine tasting event with Sonoma County-based In Good Taste Wines! This year, we will also deliver a gourmet meal prepared by Marin County’s Il Davide to enjoy before or after the wine tasting AND a special live performance by the San Francisco Symphony’s second violinist, Raushan Akhmedyarova.

Enjoy an eight mini-bottle tasting flight (equivalent of two full bottles) of wines from Italy and France, a locally-sourced, beautifully and uniquely prepared Toscano-style meal for two by Il Davide, and delectable chocolate covered pretzels by women-owned business Fatty Sundays – all delivered to your door by Huckleberry.*

After sipping on the pourable postcard of wines, Ms. Akhmedyarova will perform live via Zoom exclusively for Huckleberry’s audience. Ms. Akhmedyarova was previously Associate Concertmaster of the New Century Chamber Orchestra and on the faculty of the San Francisco Academy Orchestra. She joined the San Francisco Symphony in 2006.

Virtual Wine Tasting and Dinner for Two* – $375.00

Virtual Wine Tasting for Two (Wines Only) – $225.00

*Delivery of food to Bay Area residents only.

Thanks to the generosity of the Quest Foundation, all  sponsorships, ticket purchases, and donations to this event will be MATCHED UP TO $50,000!

Huckleberry's Community Assessment & Resource Center (CARC) recently collaborated with the National Assessment Center Association @nacassociation on a brief overview of how Assessment Centers create a single point of access to community-based resources and supports for youth involved in the juvenile justice system.

Assessment Centers, like Huckleberry's CARC, identify underlying issues and needs of youth and families and partner with them to access individualized services and/or resources, diverting them from further involvement in the juvenile justice system.
