What's the most inspiring part of your job? What inspires me most about my job as a restorative justice manager is the opportunity to create transformative programs that empower youth, offering them alternatives to the traditional justice system and fostering real change in their lives and communities. Seeing young people grow and heal through these initiatives fuels my passion every day. How do you want people to remember you? I would want people to remember me as someone who had a positive impact on their life, brought them happiness and support, and made a difference in my community.
