What's the most inspiring part of your job? Being able to partner with our incredible staff to ensure our HR practices are human-centered, equitable and foster a sense of belonging. How do you want people to remember you? That I made them feel seen and heard, that I never stopped fighting for liberation, that I learned to be as tender as I am tough. On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me... hiking, doing a puzzle or gardening - often all three!
