Peer Health Education Internship Application Summer 2020
The Huckleberry Summer Peer Health Education (PHE) program is a 5-week internship with the opportunity to continue through the school year. This internship is designed to empower youth to become advocates for their communities and to be exposed to the various health topics including: ย Sexuality, Substance Use & Harm reduction, Minor Consent Rights, Relationships, & MORE!
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Youth between the ages of 14-19 who:
- Want to become advocates for the community
- Want to enhance their knowledge in health education and social justice
- Want to be a part of a community that celebrates diversity
- Can commit to meeting from June 23rd-July 23rd up to 10hrs/week
