Parents’ Turn is a support group open to caregivers of adolescents in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The focus will be on supporting adolescents and their families during a potentially turbulent developmental period.
Details: In six two-hour weekly group sessions, caregivers will learn and practice skills to create behavioral change and promote connection between caregivers and teens.
Group topics will include: Laying the groundwork for change, creating moments of connection with adolescents, effective communication in conflict, implementing boundaries, and supporting youth in crisis.
When and Where: The group will meet on Zoom every Thursday for 6 weeks, starting on January 29th, 2026
