They also love cooking, weightlifting, and trying out new latte recipes.

What's the most inspiring part of your job? The most inspiring part of my job is getting to work alongside people who are uncompromisingly practicing community advocacy within and outside of work every day. It's an honor and privilege to directly engage with youth and see them thrive. What are you happiest doing when you’re not working? When I'm not working, I'm happiest dancing, making art, and spending quality time with my chosen family. I'm also deeply passionate about mobilizing for grassroots queer trans mutual aid work. If I could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve... If I could invent a holiday, it would involve dancing at a goth rave. Bonus points for doing each other's eyeliner and wearing massive KISS heels.

Program Manager, Create 2 Activate (They/Them)
Now residing in Oakland, Taylor moved to the Bay to study Cognitive Science and Film at UC Berkeley, where they also facilitated consent education for the Berkeley Student Cooperative. Having grown up in spaces that lacked accessible queer health education, they care about aiding LGBTQ+ youth in finding those safe spaces and people today. When they aren’t working, they enjoy crafting in the park, blasting breakbeat music, laughing through scary movies, and exploring gender performance with personal style.
