Huckleberry hosted its 2nd Annual Leadership Circle Reception on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at the beautiful home of Leadership Circle Members Dan Carroll and Stasia Obremskey. The event was attended by San Francisco Mayor London Breed and many longtime Huckleberry supporters! Special thanks to Ravi Kapur, Executive Chef of Liholiho Yacht Club for delighting our guests with outstanding Hawaiian fare. And many, many thanks to Dan and Stasia for hosting the event at their home!
Mayor Breed said of Huckleberry’s work, “Huckleberry is special to me because it works with so many young people who I can identify with. Supporting Huckleberry is supporting hope and opportunity. When youth are struggling and figuring out what to do and where to go, and they need help, they’re going to Huckleberry. Huckleberry is about changing lives and investing in a better future for San Francisco.”
Huckleberry’s Leadership Circle is comprised of generous donors who contribute $5,000 or more each year to our programs providing safety, health, justice, and education to the 7,000 youth we serve.
