What is Compulsive Overeating?
Someone is said to be a compulsive overeater when they exhibit several or all of the following characteristics: eating when not physically hungry, or to take care of emotional needs, episodes of binge eating, frequent dieting, feeling out of control of onešs eating, constant weight fluctuations, or mood swings.
