Programs & Services

Huckleberry Youth Programs is a major community-based youth agency, providing a full spectrum of services to homeless, runaway, and other at-risk youth in San Francisco and Marin counties. Our programs are characterized by a commitment to community-based, collaborative services; attention to the urgency, complexity, and ever-changing nature of our clients’ needs; and recognition of the value and dignity of youth and their capacity to become healthy, productive adults.

Huckleberry offers several distinct yet interrelated programs:

	Crisis Shelter Huckleberry House (San Francisco) : 24-hour crisis services and emergency shelter for high-need youth ages 11 to 17.
	Counseling Huckleberry Counseling Program (San Francisco & Marin): Our therapists offer a safe, confidential environment for a wide range of mental health services.
	Health Care & Health Education Huckleberry Youth Health Center (San Francisco):Our health center houses Cole Street Youth Clinic, Huckleberry Wellness Academy-San Francisco, and Huckleberry Health Education and outreach. Huckleberry Youth Programs - Marin: Providing health services, counseling, support groups, case management, and outreach. Huckleberry Health Education Workshops (San Francisco & Marin): Covering a variety of critical topics, including STI prevention, teen pregnancy, and more.
	Health Career Training Huckleberry Wellness Academy (San Francisco & Marin): Our health career pipeline program, including career training, academic coaching, and peer support.
	Delinquency Prevention Huckleberry Community Assessment & Resource Center (CARC) (San Francisco): Guidance and support for delinquent and arrested youth.
	Transitional Age Youth Services Huckleberry Transitional Age Youth Services (Marin): Outreach and mental health education for youth ages 16 to 24 in Marin County.
